This module provides all the fundamental information for operational, financial, planning, budgeting, accounting and contract maturity management.

The General Information identifies the property and registers the contracted bases for this property, starting the registration. TheContract Classificationinforms the beneficiaries and/or beneficiaries - treatment for real estate companies - and the status of the contract, if Active, Suspended, Closed, etc. Next, you inform the Negotiated Basis of the contract including values, terms, price adjustments, etc., in addition to the characteristics of IFRS Standard 16, such as discount rate and others.
